"Steak Salad Pepper Peepers"

Ingredients:
Steak
Shredded cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing
Parmesan cheese
Tomato
Onion
Pearl onion
Mixed greens
Green and chopped black olive
Pepperoncini
I was trying for something more subtle here. If I had a nice feta or chevre cheese, I would have stuffed the peppers with those and then added the eyes.
